Cage Single Seat Regulating Valve
The cage single seat regulating valve adopts a top-guided, unbalanced structure. It features high strength, heavy load, type 5 flow channel, low pressure drop, high flow coefficient, wide adjustable range, and high flow characteristic accuracy.
This type of regulating valve is suitable for applications with small pressure differences, provides tight shut-off, and is ideal for regulating media flow or pressure.
The valve cage utilizes a pressed seat design, solving issues like difficult disassembly and high leakage associated with traditional threaded seats, thus extending service life. The flow-to-open design means the medium tends to open the valve, ensuring good controllability at small openings and minimal flow characteristic distortion. Special noise-reducing and anti-cavitation cages can be selected based on process requirements.
