Balanced Porous Low Noise Regulating Valve
The balanced porous low noise regulating valve adopts sleeve guiding and a pressure-balanced plug. It is a high-performance control valve with good dynamic stability, suitable for severe service conditions.
It utilizes a multi-hole cage. For liquids, the flow is typically high-in, low-out. The multi-hole throttling causes the medium to collide inside the cage, dissipating internal energy and reducing velocity. For gaseous media, the flow is typically low-in, high-out, allowing the gas to expand in volume after the seat following throttling through the multi-hole cage, thereby reducing the pressure and velocity.
Compared to the balanced sleeve single seat regulating valve series, other components are interchangeable except for the cage, which is replaced with a multi-hole type.
