Balance Sleeve Double Seat Regulating Valve
The balance sleeve double seat regulating valve adopts sleeve guiding and a pressure-balanced plug. Compared to the single seat series, this series of regulating valves features a sleeve double seat structure, primarily used in applications with less stringent leakage requirements. Due to the double seat structure with two metal sealing surfaces, it can be used across a wider temperature range.
The plug utilizes a pressure-balanced structure, requiring low operating force, allowing control of high differential pressure conditions with smaller actuator thrust. It is widely used in fluid control for medium-low temperature and medium-low pressure pipelines requiring good dynamic stability. The flow direction is typically high-in, low-out. It features good sealing performance and high allowable differential pressure. Sleeve guiding provides a large guiding area, good stability, and a compact structure. Trim can be replaced online quickly, ensuring high maintenance efficiency. The balanced plug structure ensures minimum required actuator thrust.
