Balance Sleeve Single Seat Regulating Valve
The balance sleeve single seat regulating valve adopts sleeve guiding and a pressure-balanced plug. It is suitable for applications with large pressure differences. By using a balance seal ring instead of an upper seat, the traditional double seat sleeve valve structure is transformed into a single seat sleeve structure. This modification significantly improves the leakage class of the sleeve valve. The plug utilizes a pressure-balanced structure, requiring low operating force, allowing control of high differential pressure conditions with smaller actuator thrust. It is widely used in fluid control for medium-low temperature and medium-low pressure pipelines requiring good dynamic stability.
It features good sealing performance and high allowable differential pressure. Sleeve guiding provides a large guiding area, good stability, and a compact structure. Trim replacement can be done quickly in the pipeline, ensuring high maintenance efficiency. The balanced plug structure ensures minimum required actuator thrust.
